Can you help nipl.net with colocation?

A note from the maintainers, requesting some help:

We provide web pages, email, shell/vnc and other services, with personal technical support, to individuals, organizations and some small businesses. All of our services are free.

Our servers use free software (mostly Debian GNU/Linux at present).

We hope to encourage people to help one another without using money or asking anything in return. Free software "hackers" have been doing this for years in the software world; let's try it in the real world too!

We are currently in need of a colocated dedicated server somewhere in the world with full internet access, one or two static IP addresses, and no charge for traffic. We have been using up to about 10 Gb of traffic per month, however we have not been very careful to economise, and we have experienced some abuse, we could reduce the traffic if necessary. We are probably able to provide a server anywhere in the world, colocation is the more difficult issue for us.
