From Demand Progress:
A couple months ago, the government seized his domain name and on Friday they arrested him and charged him with criminal copyright infringement -- punishable by five years in prison.
We've written about this before -- and identified it as a war on sharing -- when copyright is used to censor people, it threatens the same kinds of free expression that are at the heart of free software and our movement.
