ABSTRACT : A broiler experiment was conducted to compare the effects of duration and level of iron-methionine
chelate (Fe-Met) supplementation on the iron, copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) content of broiler meat.
The effect of succimer treatment to significantly increase the excretion of Pb in the urine is consistent with the action of this drug to form aqueous soluble
chelates with Pb (12), as well as with a large body of clinical and laboratory evidence showing increased urinary excretion of Pb with treatment (1,17,25,26).
In studying the characteristics of the proteins that make up this iron
chelate reductase enzyme, they have collaborated with Rufus L.
The 1H-NMR spectra of the ligands and Zn(II) mixed ligand
chelate of the formula [Zn(L1L2)(H2O)2] 6H2O showed signals in the range 2.50-8.65ppm.
"We're pleased to receive this DfE designation and the recognition from the US EPA that Dissolvine GL is green and performs highly effectively," said Prasanta Dutt, AkzoNobers business manager for Functional Chemicals
Chelates Americas.
Chlorella is helpful for some as a binder, but it seems to
chelate more than it binds.
Since a few years ago, researches on organic minerals have been undertaken actively because
chelate minerals can be more effectively absorbed into the intestines than inorganic oxide and sulfate (Wedekind et al., 1992; Aoyagi and Baker, 1993).
One of the attractive features of lanthanide fluorescent
chelates is that quenching effects from multiple labeling are not usually observed.
Albion's mineral products include: chelated calcium products, Ferrochel[R] fully chelated, more bioavailable iron, several forms of Albion magnesium amino acid
chelates, a totally reacted, nutritionally functional zinc bisglycinate
chelate, boron, copper, chromium, manganese, potassium, selenium and vanadium.
At certain pH values, metal ion starts to replace hydronium ions (H+) on the resin and the competence reaches maximum rate at pH value at which all ion exchange sites participate in the reaction, and the functional groups able to form stable
chelate rings with metal cations [33, 34].
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of spraying of nano-iron
chelate on millet-cowpea intercropping with regard to the importance of nano-chelates in improving crop yield and environmental preservation and to achieve sustainable agriculture goals.
The resulting IDA functionalized metal-chelating material was able to
chelate iron and copper, and had antioxidant efficacy against ascorbic acid degradation, supporting its potential to be used synergistically with natural antioxidants to preserve foods and beverages.
Effect of flow rate and volume of ligand solution on impregnation and effect of ligand concentration on amount of metal
chelate adsorption have been studied in column process.
Black tea also has antioxidant properties, with the ability to scavenge free radical, inhibit lipid peroxidation, and
chelate metal ions [9].
The main objective was to compare the antibacterial properties of different species of copper, such as copper nanoparticles and copper
chelates. Such comparative study would reveal strain specificities and would eventually lead to better utilization of copper-amino acids
chelate for specific application where copper nanoparticles could be not used.
