Mr Saxby, who has been vicar of
St Matthew's for 17 years, will be instituted as vicar of the parishes by the Bishop of Warwick and the Archdeacon of Coventry at St Oswald's on January 17, at 7.30pm.
Gillian McBride, from Paisley, and Shona Arrighi, from Renfrew, have attended
St Matthew's since childhood and have been volunteering as part of the church's Alive Kids Club for several years.
The area around
St Matthew's has been the scene of violent clashes in recent years, with residents on both sides claiming they live in fear of attack from missiles.
When Asda opened in 2007 it used the
St Matthew's name without offering any remuneration to the church and it was also used for the multi-million pound
St Matthew's Quarter town centre development of luxury apartments and shops.

St Matthews who we have recently started working with on the Right to Read programme."
But now it appears the Big Yin is a dead ringer for
St Matthew.
