Today on the show, we're talking about our Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. Throughout our first two hours, we were joined in studio by former Major Leaguer John Vander Wal so he and Huge could talk about the run our Tigers have been on. During that time, John and Huge talked about the Series sweep against the Astros, they looked ahead to the series against the Cleveland Guardians, gave their thoughts on what the line-up could look like for game one Saturday, talked about what's going right for this team, and so much more. In our first hour, we were also joined by Jon Morosi from the MLB Network. He gave us his thoughts on this Tigers team, looked ahead to the Series with the Guardians, and more. We then had a "Moving Ferris Forward" interview as Huge spoke with Ferris State Head Hockey Coach Bob Daniels. Ferris kicks off their 50th Hockey season this tomorrow night, so Coach told us about his D1 Hockey team, talked about going into his 33rd year as Head Coach, and more. In our final hour, we were joined by Josh Garvey from Doeren Mayhew as well as Lomas Brown for our weekly Lions/NFL segment. Huge, Josh, and Lomas talked about our Detroit Lions and that win over the Seahawks. They also looked ahead to next Sunday as they're set to take on the Cowboys. They talked about where they feel confident with this team, as well as what concerns them heading into next Sunday, talked about how the Cowboys and the Lions stack up, they gave their picks in some of the other NFL games this weekend, and Josh took Bill's College Football picks. We wrapped up the show talking about the Bee Brave 5K happening this weekend. We were joined by Pat Ringnalda who is the creator of Bee Brave, and Chris Bartnick who is the Race Director.
