Description
This is a very somber, serious and sad story about the human element in our story about the Opioid crisis. We had the honor of interviewing our friends for this podcast so they could share their story. Just months ago, they lost their teenage son, Tanner. A scant amount of Fentanyl sprayed on a tablet of Tylenol took his life. Everyone in the medical profession as well as the community at large will have their eyes wide opened to how this new crisis is overtaking our country. As physicians, Tim and I have huge remorse for their family’s loss. But we also feel the burden of owning the problem as healthcare workers who were pressured to treat the “5th vital sign”.
