Aligning your mind, body, and soul is an essential step in the manifestation process. 

When your energy is aligned, you are better able to tap into your intuition and trust in the universe to guide you towards your goals.

PAUSE

So center yourself and align your mind, body, and soul for manifestation. 

Take a few deep breaths in and out, allowing your breath to calm your mind and relax your body. 

As you breathe in, imagine inhaling positive energy and exhaling any negativity or doubt.

PAUSE…

Now, bring your attention to your body. 

Feel the weight of your body on the ground or the chair, and become aware of any sensations you may be feeling. 

Feel a sense of grounding and stability.

PAUSE…

Next, bring your attention to your mind. 

Notice any thoughts that may be swirling around, and gently let them go. 

Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment, without judgment or attachment to any particular outcome.

PAUSE…

Now connect with your soul,

As you reflect on your deepest desires and intentions. 

LONG PAUSE…

You are worthy of all that you desire and that the universe is conspiring to support you in manifesting your dreams.

PAUSE…

"I am aligned with my mind, body, and soul. 

I am ready to manifest my deepest desires. 

I trust in the universe and in myself."

PAUSE…

Take a few more deep breaths, and let’s repeat again: 

PAUSE…

"I am aligned with my mind, body, and soul. 

I am ready to manifest my deepest desires. 

I trust in the universe and in myself."

PAUSE…
