Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to help manage stress.Avoid smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and other harmful substances.Although your body is intelligent and has the ability to repair itself if neglected, it’s key to ensure that it’s functioning at its best. The little things you do each day can make a big difference in the long run. So, prioritize your health and give your body the attention it deserves.
