Description

Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, a professor of Tibetan Buddhism in the Nyingma Lineage, offers retreat teachings and guided meditation on "The Three Principal Aspects of the Path" by Je Tsongkhapa Lobzang Drakpa. Khenpo Sherab Sangpo based his teachings on the commentary that received many times from his root teacher, Khenchen Jigmé Phuntsok, at Larung Gar Monastery in Tibet. This short text is the essence of the Buddhist view, meditation, and conduct condensed into pith teachings on renunciation (the determination to definitely go toward liberation and free oneself from wrong views), bodhicitta (the supreme mind of enlightenment), and wisdom (knowing reality as it is).
