WHY ARE WE ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT FOOD ARE THE TIME?
We buffer.
We have a distorted sense of self-care.
We have created unnecessary rules, fears, and restrictions.
We believe that the "good life" isn't available to us.
We are too busy for basic enjoyment of food and rush through it.
We are spiritually hungry for more and for meaning.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN OUR LIVES ARE DETERMINED BY FOOD?
I can speak from first-hand experience, and from that of the hundreds of women I have worked with privately over the years ... it is like living in an invisible prison.
Your thoughts are consumed.
Your joy is conditional.
