This book will not serve its intended purpose unless we accept that we have been planted from the same seed. If we can agree that all of us originated first from the soil and blossomed into humans. FOREWORD

    By

    Bob Bell

Bob is an entrepreneur, developer and civic leader. Having multiple business interests in Bakersfield; he understands the need for America to seek God and find truth in our founders’ principles. He has been committed to forty years of service to those less fortunate than he; which has drawn him to seek first God’s will and not rely on man’s perspective. He is willing and driven to bring God back to where He belongs in Americas’ future and is faithful in service to all he encounters. I am honored that my friend has taken time from his busy schedule to say a few words about our relationship and our vision.

I have known Matthew Cruise for over forty years; he is a fine Christian business man. His book Redistribution of Wealth In America-And Beyond-The New Civil War, is a realistic workable approach to help solve this great nations economic and societal-woes, that has burdened the poor, and now threatens to annihilate the foundation that has made America the great country that it was, and return it to the position it has long held. His fresh and tested system of what he calls circular economics, using Micro Urban Farming. is the "shot in the arm that will go a long way in resetting America’s future, without the help of government.

This effort must be made by and for the people. It is a sensible tried method of empowering the poor. It is a true to life, reenactment of what our founding fathers had in mind that all men are created equal and should have the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Through his God given talents he has tapped the very core of what makes our great country what can become again. I relish him as a friend, a Christian, and one of the most exciting new minds of where we are going in the twenty first century. It is most inspiring to know and share our thoughts on how we together can reshape America. It is a pleasure to see history unfolding before our very eyes as we move ahead.

    MY CONFESSION

As I stated in my first book, Blood Bath In Jasper County Mississippi, my most difficult task was to decide upon the title of the book, not much has changed; when I talk to someone about this book, it takes a minute to tell them the title because its length; my other struggle is trying to write a story that involved life, in 2023, and skirt the very issues that drove me to write it in the first place. I promised myself that I would not write a hate book, or a blame book, but a conversational book; written in the same manner I use when I talk to a person or group. After almost completing it I realized two things, I had to do, the truth, and tell it as it happened. So I decided to simply report about events that has affected my life, and the personal stories and events of others who I interviewed or observed. Most of us are, for or against, a particular lifestyle, or belief, and that is alright. The people that you meet, will tell their story, that may help you see your story with a new set of rules, that will hopefully help you reset your course in life, no matter what your current circumstances may be. I must share a brief prelude to this book. If I do not, the book will not serve its intended purpose. If we can agree that we have been planted from the same seed (The Creation Story). If we can agree that all of us originated from the earth, and blossomed into what we call humans, and agree that the original seed, was created by God. If you believe there is a God, otherwise this book will only be so many words that can be used to validate your or my point of view. We are told that God formed man from the earth and gave him life, by breathing life into him. He then made woman by taking a rib from man and made woman. You can say they were the first family. Imagine if you will, a genealogy tree large enough to have every human who ever lived, on the tree of humanity. You and I are somewhere on that tree. I believe that a logical, honest person will agree, so far. So then, we are all cousins-at least. In order to grasp my point of view, when you see someone’s leaf regardless of the many variances that seem to separate us, upon closer examination we can only see the effects and germination of the original seed. But underneath, we are all part of the root that came from one seed. Our story, yours and mine is continuing in this book.

    Your Cousin,

    Matthew

    GETTYSBURG ADDRESS

    BY

    PRESIDENT ABRAHAM LINCOLN

Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field as a final resting place of those who here gave their lives that, that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate-- we cannot consecrate-- we cannot hollow-- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it far above our power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.

It is for us, the living, rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work that they have thus far so nobly carried on. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, - that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to the cause for which they have gave the last full measure of devotion, - that we here highly resolve that the dead shall not have died in vain, that the nation shall, under God, have a new birth of freedom, and that the government of the people, by the people, and for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

    CHAPTER ONE

    DEVIDED

Time and circumstances has brought about many changes since President Lincoln gave the aforementioned speech delivered at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on November 19, 1863 have had far-reaching effects, in the development in this nation, both positive and negative. In America, we have fought a civil war, two world wars, a conflict with North Korea and numerous insurrections in the world. We have built a system of capitalism that is the envy of the world; we have traveled to the moon, landed on Mars, but we have fallen short of keeping the promise made by President Lincoln, and documented in the 14th amendment in the constitution. The promise to provide an equal opportunity for all members of this great country. The majority accuse those who have not shared in this promise, of being lazy, while purposely excluding many who were included in the original promise, including the original inhabitants of this country. I promise to try to address the facts that can be verified by history, and offer a tried and proven solution to eradicate poverty in America and beyond. Our government has not kept its promise; from a grassroots level, our government’s promise accomplished no more than a doctor who make the correct diagnosis, but prescribe the wrong medicine to Cure a disease. Most people hate a dreamer, not real hate but they get confused when a person hold on to their dreams in spite of the current and historic circumstances. They ask, how can a person who is in the same boat as we, help solve our great economic and social problem? The
