      Chapter 1

      Change your dress. Put on some makeup, and I'll be waiting for you downstairs. Hurry! Michael pointed out his order to his daughter, Eva. Eva rejected it by shaking her head.

      No, I will not leave! Michael lost his sanity. He pulled Eva's wrist from the room while Eva cried to ask for help.

      You must be very proud of yourself for helping your sister, right? Michael gritted his teeth as anger rose toward his second daughter. Eva was gasping for air because she almost could not cope with the tension. She has helped her sister to run away from their father's evil plan.

      But she is pregnant, Daddy. Miranda should not marry another man but her boyfriend! Eva half-shouted to her dad with her delicate tone.

      What?! Do you know what you both have done to me now? Mr. Xander must find out now that Miranda has been running away. Soon we'll be dead. Now you must encounter him yourself!

      I can't do that, Daddy. Please let me go! Eva tried to grab her father's arm to find some mercy on him, but Michael yanked her. Eva was breathing heavily while Michael pointed at her face to warn her.

      Now you can't find your sister in an hour, you must come with me to the hotel and take her place! Michael growled with a sharp gaze at Eva. Eva rejected the idea immediately. She kept begging Michael to let her go. Instead of taking his first daughter to marry Gabriel, Michael forced Eva to take the consequences.

      Please, Daddy. Don't force me to meet him. I don't want to meet the Devil! Eva pleaded with her blurry, stunning blue orbs. Michael showed no remorse for her pleading at all. He must save the company before Xander The Devil recognizes the situation.

      Help me! Please, Daddy, don't force me! Eva yelled and tried to run away from her father. Eva's dad, Micheal forced her to get to the car so they could get to the hotel. Michael's heart was racing so fast. He only has a little time to save his company and wealth. Therefore, he has no choice but to force Eva.

      Shut up and do as I said! Michael forced her again yet Eva lost her balance and fell on the lobby floor of their house. When Micheal wanted to grab her wrist, Eva tried to escape. One of the bodyguards caught her easily.

      Let me go, let me go! Help me! Eva squirmed herself from the hold but she was not as strong as the bodyguard. Michael lost his temper and chose the easiest way to end everything. When Eva tried to resist, Micheal took a handkerchief filled with drugs and sedated Eva by pushing it in her mouth. The drug made Eva lose her strength. She could not move and soon lost consciousness.

      Micheal mercilessly sacrificed his second daughter to save his business as well as his life. Eva was bawling her eyes out when Michael carried her to his car. Her 19th birthday would arrive in two days. However, she must take Miranda's place to marry an unknown stranger. Now, Eva was helplessly put in a car.

      Once Micheal was in his car, his phone rang. As predicted, it did not take a long time for Micheal to ease. The Devil called him because his bride did not show up yet.

      I think you heard everything about me, Mr. Alexander. I'd like to destroy things that I hate. It's including a man who tells lies, said Gabriel in his low, husky voice. Michael trembled to his core. Gabriel was well known as a merciless, powerful billionaire. He's a man with no second chance.

      No worries, Mr. Xander. My daughter is on her way to see you. She is just coming home from the beauty salon. Michael lied to save his life with his pace breath.

      She has 15 minutes, or do not bother to come at all.

      Yes, of course. Please do not stop your financial aid for my company. Michael tried his best to negotiate. Instead of answering, Gabriel cut the lines. Michael's heart was racing so fast. These precious 15 minutes must save his company and wealth.

      The car drove straight to the hotel. Once they got there, Michael carried Eva to an executive elevator.

      Michael quickly placed her daughter inside a presidential suite room that had two men on duty. He put her on a cozy, beautiful main king bed. I brought what he wants, Michael said to one of the guards. The guard did not reply to him. Instead, they pushed Michael to leave the room.

      When Michael went out, a man came to see him. He has sharp eyes with two different colors in both.

      Mr. Ludacris, my daughter is inside the room now, Micheal talked to Cheyne Ludacris, The Devil's right hand.

      Why is she faint? Do you sedate her? Cheyne kept gazing up sharply with his cold expression toward Micheal.

      I have to. I think Mr. Xander will not mind at all. Micheal grinned awkwardly while Cheyne kept on his cold demeanor. Seconds later, The Devil appeared from the corridor behind Cheyne. Micheal's eyes almost pop out of his fear.

      Those sharp eyes were golden unlike naturally human after all. Yet, Micheal bravely came to ask The Devil for his help.

      Mr. Xander? Micheal tremblingly called his name.

      Where is she? The Devil half growled with his low husky tone.

      In your room, Mr. Xander. The Devil only glanced at Cheyne who gave a small nod. Without uttering words, The Devil walked inside the suite and locked the door. Once he stepped inside, he smelled something he had been waiting for a hundred years.

      The room was peacefully quiet when The Devil walked to the bed, He saw a petite young lady lying on it. His heart thumped hard, and his desire started to peak when he laid his eyes on her. He had never seen the lady before. Moreover, none of the women on his bed ever did that to him.

      Chapter 2

      Your smell is so good. Gabriel hissed and moaned when he pushed himself against Eva. Evangeline was holding her squeak of pain under her abdomen. She pushed Gabriel's chest away, but he did not stop devouring her with aggressive smooches and bites.

      Let me go. Eva's voice was getting vogue. The drugs make her sight blurry. She became unconscious afterward. The beast was released within seconds. The alpha Xander was fulfilling his temptation to imprint Eva at the peak of mating season.

      It was tonight, the full moon of the mating season when Alpha Xander must imprint his mate. He's slept with humans, vampires, werewolves, and even fairies, but none of them was the woman he's been looking for for more than 300 years.

      Gabriel whispered, You're so beautiful, as he blew a little air on Eva's red face. Gabriel has been looking for her beauty for a long time. When he claimed her as his, all it took was a click. Gabriel couldn't handle his smiles of happiness. Gabriel didn't feel bad even though he left marks and bruises all over her body.

      On his peak, Gabriel bit lightly and the moon crescent appeared on her wrist as one of his hand grasped it. The mark would stay as her identity as a Luna.

      Moreover, Gabriel left more of a mark on her by giving her a few soft bites. He was making her his by giving her hickeys all over her chest and through her cute belly. Don't move. I'm coming back. Before he got up, Gabriel kissed the tip of Eva's nose.

      Gabriel Xander has to have his own Luna to finish his throne as alpha. This has been a part of his life for more than 300 years. His beta, Cheyne, had the idea to pick a strange girl to mate with out of the blue. Cheyne set up a meeting with Michael Alexander to make a request when he couldn't find the right one. Gabriel did agree with his idea, though.

      On the other hand, Gabriel, was becoming angry and restless. The peak of the mating season would be in two days. Still, Gabriel was not at ease.

      Do you think this is going to work? Gabriel asked his beta, Cheyne, who arranged everything. Cheyne put on his best smile and gave a small nod.

      She will come, Alpha. Then you are going to be an absolute Alpha of our pack. Cheyne spoke with more confidence. Gabriel paced back and forth nervously, like a man who was worriedly waiting for his laboring wife.

      I have been on the throne for nearly a century. If I miss again this time, they will throw me away from my place! Gabriel gritted his frustration out of his mind.

      You should remove vexation from your mind, Alpha. It doesn't give you anything but frustration. You need to have faith now. Through all the chaos, Cheyne kept telling Gabriel that he had made the right choice. And when Gabriel saw that his bride was late, chaos almost broke out.

      However, the Moon Goddess gave him the rightful choice, although through force. Gabriel finally found his mate tonight, right at the peak of mating season. He smirked as he changed into human form, naked upon unconscious Evangeline Alexander. He gasped for a second, but then he felt so free.

      The mating made him a complete Alpha of Black Canis's pack. Gabriel is going to be the last Alpha of his pack if he cannot make his own heir. As the leader of the biggest and most powerful pack in the clan, he could not stay single. Someone else's family would happily take his place on the throne.

      Gabriel did not go to sleep after his mating. He was extremely curious about his mate. Gabriel dressed before tucking Eva into a warm, comfy duvet. Gabriel went out to find his Beta in another room. He must learn everything he can about the girl. The most critical thing was to announce Luna.

      Gabriel said, I found her, when he met Cheyne. Cheyne hadn't seen a big smile like Gabriel's in over a hundred years.

      What?! Is it working? Cheyne almost squeaked when he heard a fact that was so hard to believe. Gabriel gave a happy smile and a nod.

      Tell everyone in the pack that I imprinted her already. Cheyne put his hand in the air after scoring a goal.

      Goddess, this is such good news! he said almost out loud. Gabriel gave him a proud smile. Cheyne's bizarre idea made Gabriel meet his last mate after a hundred years of waiting.

      I'll let everyone know. Alpha, your dad must be proud of you. Gabriel gave an excited Cheyne another nod.

      Thank you. Your idea is brilliant. Garbiel praised Cheyne's good work. Cheyne smiled broadly and nodded.

      Anytime, Alpha. Anytime. Cheyne turned to the corridor to leave, but Gabriel stopped him in a second.

      Cheyne, do you think this is the best time for me to set up the wedding in order to pronounce her? Or am I rushing? Gabriel suddenly thought about the wedding instead.

      Why not? Let's have the wedding tomorrow. Cheyne became more interested in the idea. Gabriel gave a sure nod.

      Let's prepare everything tonight! Gabriel did not bother to take some rest because he wanted to arrange his wedding. He did not care for her name or her identity. The most important thing was that the wedding would be held tomorrow, along with the announcement to Black Canis's pack.

      Evangeline slowly woke up in the morning. She was out of it the whole night and could hardly move. Her abdomen and thighs were so sore that she could not move for a few minutes. What is happening to me? Eva grumbled a bit and held her head.

      She sat down after a few tries and found herself naked under the duvet. Oh my goodness! What happened to me? Eva started crying when she realized she had been sexually abused. Eva couldn't remember the man, but she knew that the Devil had taken her innocence.

      Eva forced herself to get up, although her sore thighs were painful. She picked up her clothes and left the room as soon as possible. There was no time to take a shower or put on makeup. Eva did not care about her messy looks.

      After successfully going out of the suite, Eva left for the elevator while hiding her bawling eyes. She cornered herself and hoped that the bad man would never find her again. When Eva was getting to the elevator, Gabriel came out of another elevator along with some bridal people. They were going to make Eva the most beautiful bride to Alpha's Xander.

      Luna? Gabriel didn't use Eva's name because he didn't know what it was yet. Gabriel came in and opened the door to the bedroom. His eyes got bigger when he couldn't find her.

      Where is she? Gabriel raggedly yelled.

      Chapter 3

      Eva did not want to go home after the horrible night she had. She knew that her dad sold her to a bad man who molested her innocently. Now she has so many bruises and marks all over her body. She took a cab to go to her best friend's flat, Emilia, in the east end of downtown.

      I will take the money from my friend. Would you like to wait a while? Eva asked the cab driver for some spare time to wait because she had no money with her.

      Sure, Miss. Eva nodded with bruised lips. She crossed the front yard and then knocked on the door.

      Emmy, are you home? Eva was knocking on the door with her blurry eyes ready to burst. For some seconds, Eva stayed outside in her miserable state until Emma opened the door.

      Eva? Oh my god, what happened to you? Emilia was shocked by Eva's appearance in front of her door. Eva burst into tears and held Emilia tightly, Help me! Please help me. Eva mumbled through Emilia's shoulder.

      "Okay, let's talk inside. Eva then let go of the hug with her innocent doe eyes and looked for help.

      I haven't paid for the cab yet. Can I borrow some money from you?

      Of course. Let me pay for your cab. You come in and sit inside, okay? Eva nodded and let her friend deal with the cab driver before walking back to see her. Emilia half-ran to see Eva, who sat on her couch sobbing so hard. She came and held her so tight. She caressed her arm while consoling Eva.

      What happened to you, my dear? Is someone robbing you? Eva shook her head, then let go of her grasp. Emilia stared worriedly at Eva's condition. She put some of her hair behind her ear while waiting for an answer.

      Someone did something bad to me last night. I don't know who that man was, but this morning I woke up naked on the bed.

      What! Oh, my goodness! Emilia palmed her mouth with both of her hands due to the shocks. Eva sobbed for more. She is ashamed of her condition now. It made Emilia feel remorse, so she held Eva for more. Eva took her time in Emilia's embrace for quite some time until she calmed down. For almost 20 minutes, Eva sobbed with so many tissues on her lap.

      Oh, Eva. Is that man hurting you? Why do you have so many bruises like this? asked Emilia after a few minutes.

      I don't know. I was blacked out.

      "How? Were you drugged? Eva nodded while lowering her head. Emilia's heart is crushing for more. She never thought that Eva had had such a bad incident recently.

      Who did that? Emilia asked for more. My Dad. Emilia was stunned and disbelieved in what she heard. It was unimaginable that a father could do such a disgusting thing to his daughter.

      Wha─

      He sells me to the devil, Eva replied spontaneously.

      Who? Emilia scrunched her forehead because she never knew the name.

      It is his name, the Devil. My dad calls him Mr. Xander. I don't know his first name. Eva repeated it once more. Emilia just nodded, then caressed more of Eva's back.

      Therefore, I have to go. I have to leave this city, said Eva, making her decision. Emilia shook her head immediately.
