About this ebook

Faith in Christ Jesus is the only vehicle that conveys a man from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of Light; for God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. Jesus Christ authored faith in the writings and in the activities of the elders of old and finished faith by His death and resurrection from the dead.
Some of the concepts that Chidubem Adie discussed in this book includes:
  • That salvation begins with a call out, God made a call to Abraham and in extension to the whole world to come out of darkness into His marvelous light.
  • That the reason why a believer cannot lose his or her salvation is because what Jesus did on the cross is for permanent.
  • Abraham's assurance to Isaac that God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering is a testament that He believed God's promise.
  • To be born of God is to overcome the world, to overcome the world is to believe in Jesus Christ.
This book is a profound essence of faith, exploring its transformative power in the life of a believer and offers a deep explanation into the nature of faith in Jesus Christ our Lord, illustrating how faith alone can transform lives and bring hope to the most challenging situations.

After reading this book, you will discover how faith is not just a passive belief but an active, dynamic force that can bring about tangible changes in our lives and the world around us.
As a believer, you will discover that faith is not an option; it is the only way to please God, this book will help you discover how to serve God in faith and be fully accepted in the beloved. Happy reading!

Faith Alone: Evidence of Things now seen

[1] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. [2] For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. Hebrews‬ 11:1-‬2‬ NKJV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Faith is the Greek word "pistis" which is a reliance upon Christ Jesus for salvation. Faith in other word is a person, the person of Jesus Christ whom the elders of old hoped for. Faith in other words is evidence of things not seen, the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ is this evidence of things that was not seen by the elders of old, yet they obtained good testimony in hope of it.

These elders, beginning at Moses and all the prophets all hoped and placed their reliance upon Jesus Christ for their salvation. So, they hoped in Him whom they did not see and by their hope, they obtained credible testimony that qualified them for salvation.

Right now, we are not in hope because Christ has been born, Christ has died and Christ has risen so we live in the reality of that substance the elders hoped for and we have seen the evidence of things that they wished to see, which is Christ in you.

Christ in you is the hope of salvation, the elders of old hoped for Christ to tabernacle in them but they couldn't archive that. The best they archived was God in a temple made with hands but that is not God's dwelling place, so they hoped for a day that God will live and walk in them and that is the day we are in today.

Abraham was reckoned as Father of faith because of how he esteemed Christ in his actions. These elders of old demonstrated their faith by their works and by their works, salvation was credited into their account but they couldn't access that salvation until Jesus Christ whom is the guarantor and the guarantee of salvation showed up.

[1] Now the Lord had said to Abram: "Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. Genesis‬ 12:1‬ NKJV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

This is the Genesis of salvation. Salvation begins with a call out, God made a call to Abraham and in extension to the whole world to come out of darkness into His marvelous light. Salvation is a call to be in Christ, for if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.

[4] So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. Genesis‬ 12:4‬ NKJV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Abraham answered God's call and moved out not because he knew where God was taking him but because He esteemed
