In November 2012, venture capitalists Sachin Deshpande, Patrick Eggen, and Nagraj Kashyap considered investing $500,000 in Saasbee, a startup aiming to revolutionize videoconferencing. Introduced by Silicon Valley angel investor Bill Tai, Kashyap met Saasbee’s founder, Eric Yuan, who previously worked at WebEx.
