This book is dedicated, first, to my Heavenly Father, in the precious name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, through the help and inspiration of Holy Spirit for giving me the courage and opportunity to utilize my gift of writing. Having been married twice, and thereby experienced the ups and downs of blending a family twice in my lifetime, through the grace of God, has shaped and molded me to give an account of my experiences. Giving birth to this book resulted from those experiences of which Godly wisdom was imparted unto me to share with the world on how to blend a successful family. I would be remiss if I failed to mention my two spouses (who are deceased), children, grandchildren, and countless family and friends.
Preface

Whatever situation or circumstance that brings about blending a family, know that in order to have a strong family unit, the process is much bigger than the perfect picture that is painted. Without faith, love, trust, and patience, the family unit will suffer; and the foundation will be shaken. But know there is hope by giving thought to the necessary steps written in this book that will guide you through the process of successfully achieving better outcomes and thus building a strong family unit!

With so many facets in the family structure that have developed over the years and what it looks like today, problems have arisen in how to successfully blend a family, such as socioeconomic factors, cultural differences, prejudices, psychological behaviors, and more. Giving thought to the necessary steps written
