Definition and Selection of the Initial Idea
When it comes to starting a project, it all starts with an idea. This initial idea is like the seed from which the entire project will grow. It can arise from different places: an identified need in the market, a sudden inspiration or even a solution to an existing problem. The important thing is that the idea has the potential to become something meaningful and viable.
The first task is to clearly define the idea. This involves describing what exactly you want to achieve with the project. What is the main purpose? What problem will it solve or what need will it satisfy? The more specific and clear the initial definition, the easier it will be to communicate and develop later.
Once the idea is defined, it is time to evaluate its viability. This means considering several aspects: Is there a market for this idea? Is there demand or interest for the product or service you plan to offer? Is it feasible from a technical and economic point of view?
