    Introduction

Our minds have the ability to heal pain and create joy. We can heal not only our mental and emotional illnesses, but also our physical problems, if we use that power in combination with proper living, a positive mindset, and meditation.

When we devote all of our energy to our desires and concerns, we only create stress and exhaustion. We can open to our true nature, which is peaceful and enlightened, by loosening the attitude referred as grasping at self. This book is an invitation to awaken our inner wisdom, a source of healing that we all have. We can bring in the sunlight, warmth, and gentle breeze of healing by opening a door to this wisdom. This energy's source is available for us to touch and share at any time, a universal birthright that can bring us joy even in a world of suffering and constant change.

Spiritual exercises, while primarily aimed at achieving enlightenment, can also assist us in finding happiness and health in our daily lives. The meditations that follow can help you improve your everyday life and have a peaceful, joyful, and beneficial existence in this world.

    Creative Activity

Every meaningful project that I undertake will profit from my creative thinking ability. God will help me if I also try to help myself.

I hidden away disappointments in yesterday's past. With my new creative efforts, I will plow the garden of life today. I will plant seeds of wisdom, health, prosperity, and happiness there. I will water them with self-assurance and faith, and I will wait for God to provide me with the proper harvest.

If I do not reap the harvest, I will be grateful for the satisfaction of having tried my best. I will thank God for the ability to try again and again until I succeed with His help. I will thank Him when I have fulfilled my heart's worthy desire.

To please God, I will try to do only dutiful and noble things.

I am the captain of my ship of sound judgment, determination, and action. I will steer my life's ship, ever mindful of the polestar of His peace shining in the night sky of my deep meditation.

I'll be actively calm while remaining calm. I will not become lazy or mentally problematic. I will not be overly active, capable of earning money but unable to enjoy life. To maintain true balance, I will meditate on a regular basis.

Today, I will open the door to my calmness and allow Silence's footsteps to gently enter the temple of all my activities. I will carry out all responsibilities calmly and peacefully.

As I work and exercise my creative abilities, I will remember that Thou art working and creating through me.

    Overcoming Fear and Anxiety

Because God is within me, around me, and protecting me, I will cast off the gloom of fear that dims His guiding light and causes me to stumble into error ditches.

I will wipe away the fears of disease, sadness, and ignorance with the soothing veil of Spiritual peace.

Teach me to be tenaciously and cautiously courageous rather than oftenly fearful.

I am safe behind the fortifications of my good conscience. I've set fire to my past. I'm only concerned with today.

When I try to deceive my conscience, I will fear nothing but myself.

Today, I will burn worries and fears and light the fire of happiness to illuminate God's temple within.

Teach me, Father, not to torture myself and others with the disgusting fires of envy. Teach me to accept with satisfaction kindness and friendship that I deserve from my loved ones. Teach me not to complain about what I may or may not receive. Teach me to use love rather than jealousy to motivate others to do their responsibility to me.

As the sun casts vital rays of light, I will cast rays of hope in the hearts of the poor and destitute, and spark strength in the hearts of those who believe they are failures.

First, last, and always, I will seek divine safety in the constant underlying thought of God, my greatest Friend and Protector.

Bless me, Heavenly Spirit, so that I can easily find happiness rather than becoming worried at every test and difficulty.

    Script on managing anger

I oath to never again wear my anger on my face. I will not suffocate my spiritual life by injecting the poison of anger into my heart

I will be angry only with being angry and nothing else. I can't be angry with anyone because the good and the bad are both divine children of my one divine Father.

I will calm the anger of others by setting a good example of tranquillity.

Teach me not to ignite the flames of anger and moreover destroy the green oasis of peace within me and in others. Teach me to extinguish anger and frustration with my unending love.

Heavenly Father, command that the lake of my kindness never be disturbed by storms of misery-making anger.

    Script on criticism and Misinterpretation

I'm not going to waste my time pointing out the flaws of others. If I find myself enjoying criticizing others, I will first speak loudly against myself before addressing others.

I will not criticize anyone unless he asks me to, and then only with a desire to assist.

I will try to please everyone with kind, considerate actions, always striving to clear up any misunderstanding caused by me, knowingly or unknowingly.

To guide the hearts of those who misunderstand me, I will always hold aloft an unfading torchlight of constant kindness.

I wipe away my tears of sorrow, realizing that it doesn't matter to Thee whether I play a major or minor role, as long as I play it well.

I will first seek God, and then all my desires will be fulfilled. It makes no difference whether I live in a palace or a hut.

I plan to spend my hard-earned money on necessities rather than frills.

Nobody can excite me with insulting words or actions, and nobody can influence me with praise to believe I am greater than I am.

I'm not interested in cruel, false criticism or garlands of praise. My only desire is to please Thee, my Heavenly Father, by doing Thy will.

I will always tell the truth, but I will avoid telling unpleasant or harmful truths. I will not offer any criticism unless it is motivated by kindness.

I will shine the light of my goodwill wherever there is miscommunication.

A 30-Minute Meditation to Help You Deal with Anxiety and Stress

As we begin this practice, let us take a moment to appreciate and praise ourselves on our presence — on taking the time to be present, to go inside, into our own lives.

Let's take a few moments to check in mentally and physically: Feeling any sensations, or tightness in the body, as well as feeling into your emotions, and simply acknowledging and letting go of whatever is felt. Simply being aware of how we are and acknowledging whatever is to be felt.

Now, very gently withdrawing our attention from the mindful check-in, let us return to the breath: Being aware of the belly's motion, expanding on an inhalation and falling on an exhalation. Inhaling and exhaling with awareness. Breathing normally and naturally, with awareness. This type of mindful breathing can help us calm down when we are anxious or fearful, so simply be aware of the breath coming in and out — breathing in and out with awareness.

If our minds wander during the silences, we can compassionately, gently bring them back to the breath and the belly, breathing in and breathing out with awareness. Slowing down our lives, one inhalation and exhalation at a time. Breathing in and out with awareness — breathing in and out from moment to moment.

We'll now shift our attention to a body scan while gently withdrawing our awareness from breathing. Feeling into this body, into the thoughts, and emotions, and recognizing whatever is experienced. So, whatever it is that we are feeling in our bodies and minds, let us just acknowledge it and let it be.

Let us direct our attention to our feet, feeling the heels, bottom
