Stages of Baby Sleep Development:
Babies go through various stages of sleep development, starting from new-borns and ending with toddlers. Each stage has its own unique characteristics and sleep patterns.
New-borns: In the first month of life, babies spend the majority of their time in light sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which is when they are most active.
