Relationship Corners - L.D. Bennett Jr.
INTRODUCTION
Will I trust another woman with my heart again? I can’t answer that. In the meantime, let me alleviate my square of the pain inside the corners. Past experiences have formed a concrete heart for women. This is what I call a lifetime pandemic! Not even your love for Christ can chisel the hardness away just like that. Assumption without knowing and improper communication lead to finding fault before truth. An individual will not change unless they desire to. Hopefully it takes place at heart and not with a motive. Pointing the finger can take the turn for the worst, but acknowledging a mistake lets your companion know you care.
Collateral damage from heartache does not make you the target of destruction but you will become it. I have been hurt but I won’t give up on love. Replaying the relationship in rewind and fast forward allows me to pause and think, to then stop and play again. This is a tool used to seek understanding of what transpired, causing the disruption of an astonishing bond. Immaculate is of a couple during moments of infatuation but when reality sets in, so does fear! We try to handle the situation instead of compromising with one another. Spouses should love each other enough not to be held in bondage by an issue. If that issue becomes greater than your spouse, then there has always been a problem.
Key factors of the relationship square are spiritual, mental, physical, and financial. Each one of these comes with definitions and various experiences. Viewing any one of these factors from a single standpoint, you will miss something. When building a committed relationship, it must undergo a procedure that takes time, effort, and teamwork. In a corner of a square where that companion is lacking capability to thrive, their counterpart should be of support wholeheartedly.
Love comes like a thief in the night! There will be no strength to protect if we hide behind our pride! We pray or ask for our soulmates, then eat at their heart like a cannibal. This takes place after the relational circuit of a spouse is turned off. There will be no more downs for offense. The only play of action they understand to execute is defense. Everybody has some sort of complex from something. Don’t let it destroy your dream when it starts to come true!
I’m not here to bash women because men have hindering roots also. This is about underlying issues that are never disclosed, resulting in heartache to that of a genuine relationship. That man or woman can be everything you prayed for or that thought from your favorite love story. A scorned woman will hurt a man, not allowing him access to that part of her heart that was already broken or given away. To my women, this is not an easy task, but you have to start somewhere. Let that guard down so healing can take effect. What is love when it doesn’t prevail over earthly situations or is conquered by selfish thoughts? We all heard that saying, Hurt people, hurt people.
Be honest and acknowledge if this is something you are dealing with. Understanding takes both parties and if you are truly in love with someone, then communicate because there is no chance without this.
Your love life can be a catastrophe if you allow it. A preconceived mind eventually becomes blind to the truth, and someone will be injured. Some infractions we can’t predict, but I know it hurt bad and leave scars. I’m thankful for the wings of protection and all blessings to those in support of one another. I hope a wound is healed. Be direct so the truth can prevail beyond any false pretense. The journey may disturb some people feelings or potentially help some gain a loving perspective about companionship. This is real life and not a paper that I have to turn in to my professor! If you find yourself bothered, take some time to reflect and get back to acquiring this knowledge at hand.
Now that you have had time to reflect, read as I break down the dimensions of a square! From real life experiences of myself and others.
Chapter 1
The Creation
A black and white drawing of a tree Description automatically generated with medium confidenceLook at what you went and did Adam! Had dominion over the land with order, trust, and strength, but you messed up. Yeah, you ruined things bad, bringing forth a plague on men. I hope you weren’t mad at the creator for using your rib to create that woman. She was thy comfort. Assisting you on the beautiful land yet also refraining from eating off the tree of life in the garden.
I’m curious to know and help me readers, if I’m missing something. Did Adam tell her to stay away? If so, what does that say about a woman? Regarding Adam, his actions were foolish. I’m sorry; she was going to be in trouble by herself, not me. In the words of Tina Turner What’s love got to do with it
I would’ve replied and turned my naked eye. Well, it’s not that easy because love has made me play the fool! Not a fool in true character but through negative spiritual strong holds.
If the first creation knew better yet went against that for the second creation, that mean lessons are meant to be learned. What is love between man and woman? From the beginning of time it has been support and betrayal. Was this all a plan for life after death or a spill of the milk carton? This incident has caused women to hold men accountable for even their faults.
In theory, Adam knew better. Out of curiosity, why did he follow her? If Eve went against the truth, does this mean women will always deceive a man? This statement is based on a story in depiction and individual religious beliefs. Men are easily persuaded because of that love in agreement. The creation of life and all the flaws was before our birth. Ponder for a few minutes on this ladies! Oh, you damn men too because you know right from wrong. I get it. Her body is tempting, skin soft, beautiful feet, teeth clean, and the curiosity of her kitty cat just drive you wild. Here is the problem. The thought of dwelling inside of her wound overly arouses you.
It is a curse and a gift all at the same time. How do you build a relationship when the odds are against you in so many ways? Disappointment is a guarantee but understanding to compromise is love. No one will ever meet our expectations to perfection because of impossibility. Perception stimulates rejection, which then becomes fault. Pride will deny anyone acknowledgement when they are wrong.
Women, please understand that men are very vulnerable and love just as hard! Their ability to function is natural and the drive is manufactured to be accompanied by that of a woman. Men do need support mentally and physically in a relationship. In life, we can be given everything but what happens when tragedy occurs? Will you stand strong with your companion or find a way out? When you are being selfish or pushing him away, understand that you are his comfort. Don’t be surprised about the outcome of his actions.
As this works both ways, men and women have roles to play. A hundred percent should be exhibited by both parties in order for the foundation to have overall support. Challenges will occur daily throughout relationships. Strength together is meant to be broken yet defined by the ability to rebuild. Some won’t appreciate love because their view of it might be different! No telling the amount one will pour unto that person when adding value to their heart. The ratio of
