    Life is good on our wealthy homestead, so welcome back. Here, we live off the land while becoming rich on dividends. It's not a bad deal to convert nature into cash flow.

     

    Today, we will be creating compost for ourselves. Compost is an organic soil that we can enrich with leftovers from our daily activities and waste. Some good items we use to make compost are coffee filters and eggshells.

     

    We can sell it to our friends and neighbors if we have excess compost. We can invest in dividend ETFs such as SCHD and DHS as we sell.

     

    These dividend ETFs offer growth and income, allowing us to build an all-in-one nest egg and paycheck. 

     

    Yes, it is possible to return to nature, live off the Earth, and become rich. Life is fantastic when you have the tools and knowledge to create wealth.
