      I remember the day like it was yesterday, the day I got the phone call from my mother to buy Bitcoin for the very first time. I was living in New York City at the time, Brooklyn to be exact, which means rent wasn't cheap and I sure was not in any position to buy anything extra, or at least that’s what I thought. The price of Bitcoin was a whopping $1200 at the time. My mother knew my financial situation all too well. I was a 21-year-old kid barely making it in a strange new city chasing my dream of becoming a Supermodel. Cryptocurrency investing was far from my scope of relatable conversations. Most of the people I knew at the time only knew how to trade Gucci for Fendi or buy the newest limited edition Supreme gear and sell it for a higher price.

      Buying Cryptocurrency just sounded like a lot more than I was prepared to do. Fast forward to the year 2021 … 4 years later, Bitcoin has reached an all time high of over $63,000. If I knew then what I know now, I would have taken my Mom’s advice to use my credit line to buy Bitcoin. I realize now that ignorance was the only thing in my way, and since then I have refused to let it stop me any longer.
