ALL PRAISE IS DUE TO Allah, to whom we praise, seek help, guidance, and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Him from the evil within our own souls, and from the burdens of our own evil deeds. He whom Allah guides, no one can misguide, and he whom Allah misguides, none can guide him or her aright..... I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, without partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his slave and messenger.
O you who believe! Fear Allah (by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam (submission to God). 3:102 O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife (Eve), and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through whom you demand your mutual rights and do not cut the relationship of the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is ever an All-watcher over you. 4:1
O you who believe! keep your duty to Allah and fear him, and always speak the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and forgive you your sins. He that obeys Allah and his messenger, has indeed achieved a great achievement. 33:70-71
I thank Allah the Most High for my mother, the most wonderful woman in the world, Lenore Cynthia Maddox. Who supported her first born through all stages of his life. The good and the bad. May Allah reward you in this life, and the next, for a job well done mother.
I also thank Allah, The All Wise, for my grandparents, Herman, and Emma Jean Maddox. May Allah forgive their sins and have mercy on their souls. They showed me unconditional love throughout my life, may Allah reward them both for a job well done.
I thank Allah Most High for my baby brother, and best friend, Shawne Xavier Butler Jr. May Allah forgive his sins and have mercy on his soul. We plot and plan, but Allah is the best of planners. At the tender age of 24, his soul was taken. Ironically, his death was the beginning of me learning to live.
Also, I thank Allah for Paula Bersheaba Mott. May Allah The Most Merciful, have mercy on her soul, and forgive her sins. Her 30 years on this earth, just was not enough for me. Her good character inspired me to produce a better character in myself. I also thank Allah, for our two beautiful children, Corey and Ca'bria Hill. May Allah protect them both from shaytan.
Last but not least I would like to thank Allah, the Most Generous, for Corianna Cynthia Hill. My precious first born who lost her struggle with life, at the tender age of 7. She gave me a reason to want to go to Paradise. I know she is there, and expecting me to get there, and I cannot let her down. For that gift and inspiration, I am forever in debt to Allah.

''YOU CAN
DO IT"
*I NTRODUCTION*
THE AIM OF THIS LITERARY work is dual. It has two parts. The first part is spiritual. Its goal is to improve moral conduct, and to produce a better character, so we can improve our relationship first with our creator, and then with the rest of mankind.
The second part of this literary work is to achieve material success. Like the acquiring of money, homes, and businesses. I start with spiritual prosperity because spiritual prosperity comes first and leads to material prosperity. Another reason spiritual prosperity comes first in this literary work is because spiritual success is most needed. Reason being, it is not taught in America's educational system. Only the acquiring of material things, as a result, man pursues his goals lacking morals, and good conduct. So, If somewhere along the line your life turned out not to be as full filling as you dream, or if you just believe you can achieve more out of life, then stop, pause, reflect, grab this book and not just read it but study it. Do not just gather the information, but use it. As a hammer is a tool for a carpenter, this book is a tool for success. A wise man person uses the appropriate tools for the job, so clear your mind, focus, and use your tools, (this book) to gain success in this world materially and the hereafter spiritually.
*YOU CAN DO IT*
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all that exist. The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Owner of the day of Recompense.
YOU CAN DO IT! YOU can do anything you desire to do. It does not matter if you desire to be a billionaire, the president, a preacher, or a car salesman, you can do it. In order to do it there is one quality you must possess. That quality is courage. Not just a physical courage, but a spiritual courage. Spiritual courage is needed to truly embrace Jihad as it should be embraced.
Jihad - A remedial enterprise undertaken with zeal and enthusiasm, for a principal or belief.
This remedial enterprise (Jihad) is a process of correction undertaken with desire for a principle or belief. With that being said, the most important Jihad in Islam is the jihad within one's own self. Correcting the self!
The words courage and Jihad intertwine because it takes spiritual courage to face, fight, and overcome the evil within oneself, but you can do it! I know you can, as long as you believe you can. It takes spiritual courage to do what is right in the midst of temptation, and trying circumstances. It takes spiritual courage to humble yourself, be as a child, and enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Jihad is a personal war that only the strong will be victorious in. Spiritual courage leads to purity, peace, patience, power, prosperity, generosity, kindness, compassion, love, health, wealth, sincerity, strength, and to sum it all up, blessedness. A blessedness that is obtainable to all who conquer self, have courage, and are willing to fight the Holy War, Jihad, which means walking the straight and narrow path.
If this war is just beginning for you, then praise the Creator of all. Know that He is great! Believe in yourself; believe you can do it. Here are your weapons that have been passed down through time and isha Allah (if God wills), you can use them also to gain success in this world, and the next. By slaying the evil, (selfishness) that resides within.
* THE DEAL *
ALL PRAISE IS DUE TO Allah, Lord of all that exist. The Most Gracious the Most Merciful. The Owner of the Day of Recompense.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE is to get into Paradise, and to get into Paradise is more like a business deal with Allah, the Most High. Just like any other business transaction, you give, and you get. The difference in this business transaction, is Allah does not want any money. You have to pay Allah, Who is free of all needs, and worthy of all praise, with a piece of self. You do that by giving up those selfish desires. That is the only way
