Hello everyone! My name is Marie Gervais, and thanks for joining us today for Problem-solving in Teams: Strategies for Working Together Effectively,
a course from Scribd Coach.
In this program, we’re going to learn how to address some of the challenges of teamwork. Specifically, we’re going to take a closer look at strategies for dealing with team members who, for a variety of possible reasons, don’t seem willing or able to follow procedures as they should. We’re also going to learn about some strategies that will help.
This topic is particularly relevant as we continue to navigate our way through a new world. In some cases, the changes brought about by recent historical developments, including employees that are now working full time or part-time from home, have added an extra layer of complexity to this challenge.
