    Have you ever noticed that cat owners get a little embarrassed to admit they’re cat people? Whenever they confess they own a cat, it’s as if they’ve done something shameful, like show up late to a party without even bothering to bring a gift. Cat people are a true breed unto themselves, and they’re often made to feel apologetic for owning such furry lightweights compared to their canine counterparts. But cat people aren’t bothered by all the hype and popularity of dogs, and it certainly won’t stop them from adopting a cat. They see through the smoke and mirrors and know that cats are supreme beings.

    Cats teach people a lot about the ways of the world, such as there being value in not breathing heavily in someone’s face and being the slobbery center of attention.
