My whole career has revolved around keeping close tabs on cutting edge developments in anti-aging and the outcomes of newly released research studies results involving genetics and age research and from the 20+ years that I’ve worked with celebrity clients I have discovered many things in helping them achieve their health and image goals. I have provided services to many of the top celebrities in the world and I can tell you for certain, they keep a close check on their body composition and their daily lifestyle by following a strict daily regime. They are dedicated to only consuming the right amount of calories and not exceeding their recommended caloric intake to maintain their goal weight. Also, they exercise daily, and alternate their workouts and make exercise a fun part of their lifestyle. They work with personal trainers, life coaches, psychologists, agents and managers to stay on track. They do pilates and yoga and they use the services of nutritionists and some even have a personal chef or an assistant to manage their meals, beauty treatment schedules down to giving them their daily nutritional supplements and medications each day, on time. They see body workers, massage therapists. They go to health retreats, spa-resorts, med-spas and yes, plastic surgeons. However, with these times of high technology and dermal fillers, many celebrities avoid the knife and go with more natural options, too. • Charlize Theron- It’s all about making fitness fun

• Dwayne Johnson- The Rock works out six days a week. He starts off with 30-50 minutes of cardio before moving on to strength building later in the day. He enjoys high-energy wrestling. Afterall, he is a former WWF champion who won the championship five times!
• Rocky/Sylvester Stalone- Sly trains twice a day and focuses on forearms, traps, and shoulders with a combo full body workout of strenuous exercises and squats. He is Rocky
