About this ebook

Born and raised in Seattle, WA there were trees and a small beach nearby for times of refuge. Later time was well spent in Olympic National Park hiking and fishing with friends. When kids came along camping trips were the most fun exploring trails and taking trips to the ocean.. During these years I realized that only God could have created such beauty and tranquillity, and I learned to believe and trust in Him.

    Dear Lord

    Daughters of Grace

With the simplicity born from the heart of this child

and my eyes full of longing from a life once too wild,

His love falls from Heaven upon this place

filling me up as His daughter of grace.

In each morning given His mercies are new

and I know in my heart it is forever true,

that in every struggle of this human race

I am redeemed to be His daughter of grace.

When to the Father our troubles we bring,

we can shelter in the shadow of His wings,

in renewing prayers, as we seek His face

we become stronger as His daughters of grace.

Our lives are kept safely within His hands

and with heartfelt praise for His wondrous plan,

for with each direction and in every place

we are blessed with being His daughters of grace.

    Homeless

    I saw somebody’s son today

    walking down the street,

I saw someone’s lost inside child

and I grieved for his life, incomplete.

He talked to himself and as he walked

shoelaces tangled and clothes falling apart,

He didn’t even see me standing there

so lost in his world-doesn’t anyone care?

    I watched and I
