Introduction
My name’s Tommy, some know me as Matt.
I have written for the last decade
Through good and bad, through this and that.
Many types of rhymes, through all different times
for all different reasons, for each and every crime.
These rhymes will tell a story
of a mind which can be strange.
All different genres, there’s a wide-range.
Now I’m ready to let people
know the truth about me,
the truth of these thoughts
I need to break free.
Take your time to acknowledge
what I have to say,
and one more thing . . .
. . . HAVE A NICE DAY!!
Visually Correct
Camera Cat,
Stop and stare,
Sharing the secrets
That you share.
The things that you think,
What way will you wink?
What lingers your mind?
What truth will you find?
As you sit and don’t mind
How angry or kind
You mind will rewind.
Now how do you feel?
By learning what’s real?
Are you getting a deal
With your happy meal?
These brainwaves will visualize
What you’re learning to realize
As your thought plan will pace,
Now that look on your face
As you see in your head
Those images you dread.
Your brain cells will shred
Those things that you’ve said
To yourself whilst alone
That night in your home
With your telephone.
Are you reading these lines?
What truth will you find?
You now see what I got,
Like it or not.
Do you feel the same?
What is this game?
Allow me to explain
As you look out to the rain
And up to the moon,
You will get there soon,
Whilst hearing that tune
Twelve hours after noon.
I hear you there
As if you don’t care,
What will this truth share?
As you look through your eyes
And to your surprise,
There aren’t any more lies
So don’t run
