She has published four books about an historic sheep trail in Arizona, a book about the wild horses of the Lower Salt River near Mesa, Arizona, a books of poems sharing her love for the seasons in the Arizona desert, and a book of poems about animal life in and near the ocean. This new book introduces you to Sammy, a newborn otter in Morro Bay, CA as he tells you about growing up and going out into the ocean with the skills he was taught by his mother. I hope you enjoy getting to know Sammy and his view of life in the ocean.
