    To My Readers

    Foreword

Kathy and I met many years ago selling collectibles at an antique shop. Over time she began to experience some breathing problems that turned out to be COPD, so she had to move on. We stayed in touch, but as time passed, the phone calls and the visits got shorter.

Kathy believes in the power of self-healing, and in a small amount of time she accomplished a lot. She found tools that served her mission, believed in herself, never quit, and held on to her strong spiritual beliefs.

When you get into this wonderful book, you will feel her spirit of hope and trust in a higher way. Her message is clear: no matter how bad things are, we can improve them if we don’t give up and believe anything is possible.

    To my readers:

I have written this book for those looking for answers to complete the puzzle of life. Many will gain knowledge of how a positive attitude toward yourself and others relates to Bible scriptures.

You will be reading about my beliefs and also my results from meditation. I suggest my book should be studied
