A message from Mrs. Flosi
I am so proud of the work all these second grade students did to find out about such important people in our world. They have demonstrated what great writers can do…..even in second grade! I am confident that many people will enjoy reading and learning from this superb book!
meetourclass.tifMeet our Class
Mrs. Rivers’ second grade class has 24 bright, creative students who love to learn! In Mrs. Rivers’ class, everyone is always there for each other. Every week in class, they randomly select a new student to be their Big Cheese
for the week. They love interviewing their Big Cheese every Friday, and then categorizing their responses into an adjective, verb, and noun column. They even have a special song that they sing to help them remember what nouns are! Then, every day until the next Friday, they write a biography about their Big Cheese,
