It will gently introduce you to the art of breathing and how to cultivate a positive experience of meditation using air. To enhance different aspects of daily life, Mindfulness, an increasingly common term in recent years, is thoroughly discussed. Visualizations, the use of color, sound therapies, and mantras are also explored and clarified, preparing you to experiment with a wide variety of solutions appropriately and safely, with an emphasis on customizing the meditative journey to your own particular needs. Meditation is a profoundly personal experience, and this book will try to give you a helpful way to begin that journey. Many of the stillness signs are measurable, this inner quiet in our body, with the entire metabolism slowing down along with the mind. The most surprising thing about meditation is not that when meditating, we
