IT'S A FACT OF MODERN life that most people don't get enough exercise.
This, coupled with a diet that is heavy on sugar and fast food loaded with fats, has led to a wave of overweight and obese people in most Western countries, a tidal wave that is becoming increasingly difficult to reverse.
The problem is that, for most people, it's too easy and convenient not to exercise.
If you need the basics of everyday life - even if it's just a carton of milk or a loaf of bread - it's faster and more convenient to get in the car and drive to the store than to walk.
If you have to reach the third or fourth floor when you go to the office, it is easier (though not always faster) to take the elevator instead of the stairs.
However, many people are willing to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars each year to be a member of a gym or a fashionable fitness club in order to stay in shape.
This doesn't make much sense, so this book is here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way.
I'm going to teach you to put your money in your pocket and exercise in a natural way, in a way you don't even realize.
Humanity survived for thousands of years before anyone came up with the idea of "exercising in the gym.
Of course, modern man's life expectancy has increased significantly over the past two hundred years, but I suspect this has little to do with the proliferation of luxury gyms and expensive gyms.
The good news is that exercise can be done naturally every day. With a little thought, it's not hard to think of many opportunities to exercise without having to resort to spending the money earned on gym fees.
