About this ebook
E = mc2; Enlightenment equals consciousness and sub-consciousness squared.
The essence of being/ the choice of will is made up of the conscious and subconscious of our minds. The conscious is what we are aware of at any particular moment, our present perceptions, memories, thoughts, fantasies, or what have you but the subconscious is our rage, anger, frustration, and oppressed feelings. Acting with the conscious mind and reacting with the subconscious mind is what one might today call "bi-polar "; one mind/ state of being divided by two. We take in anything that can easily be made conscious, the memories you are not at the moment thinking about but can readily bring to mind and at the same time we ignore or separate subconscious thoughts or feelings. So in essence, we all have a "bi-polar" state of mind.

Introduction
E= mc²; Enlightenment equals consciousness and sub-consciousness squared.
Acting with the conscious mind and reacting with the subconscious mind is what one might today call bi-polar
; one mind/ state of being divided by two. We take in anything that can easily be made conscious, the memories you are not at the moment thinking about but can readily bring to mind and at the same time we ignore or separate subconscious thoughts or feelings. So in essence, we all have a bi-polar
state of mind.
Confucius, Aristotle, Socrates, Freud, and Jung theorized on the essence of being or the choice of will. They theorized that we experience life through consciousness and awareness, in which we don’t include unconscious processes or thoughts of our being. The function of the conscious is to perceive, apprehend, or notice with a degree of controlled thought or observation; recognizing as something external especially to the senses. Involving rational power, perception, and awareness so by definition, the conscious
part of the human being is that portion of the human consciousness which is linked most closely to and limited by the material world. While the function of the subconscious is an existing side in the mind but not immediately available to consciousness; affecting thought, feeling, and behavior without entering awareness. These are mental activities just below the threshold of consciousness yet they hold the very completeness of our essence.
In everyday life there are millions who go through life taking chances to survive by any means necessary so that they grow and mature to whatever that means justify. They fall to the ills of the conscious mind overlooking the subconscious mind and end up being labeled or punished by society and God.
Authors have wrote about the conscious and subconscious and these thoughts were intelligent and wise yet, to me, one really couldn’t get their thoughts on how to combine or unite the two to better our mental, physical, and spiritual being. The essence of being /the choice of will that will have individuals to consciously listening and study their subconscious for knowledge and empowerment to apply upon everyday situations guiding, teaching, encouraging ourselves and others to strive to be whole.
What really defines the essence of being or the choice of will? Are these just two essences of the mind that really has separate meaning? Often times we set physical things we can see, things such as what type of job one has, what kind of car one drives, how much money one has, or the amount of blink – blink one dangles to define who we are. These are just material objects placed before the essence of the conscious mind that blinds our perception of our essence. While the subconscious is that physical confrontation, a persona of rage, anger, frustration, and depression that is not an evil/bad essence but an inner essence that is the wisdom of God which becomes frustrated, angry, and depressed from neglect. It is the choice of will that has the keys yet we are too determined to listen, understand, and acknowledge. On this controversial subject, I too had my own definition that revolved around what the essence of being was.
But I’ve come to learn the essence of being or the choice of will inside of us is the most significant property of an individual that contains special qualities in a concentrated form. God breathed this essence into us. This essence can be strengthened to a point where its magnetic pull is so earthly powerful that just the voice or the presence can pull others to it. I have come to understand that through these to essence God test us to see if our choice of will remain whole or divided from His path. I have come to realize that through my answers to these test lead to Him retesting my oneness with Him or anointing me for my passes. I started to look and listen consciously to the subconscious of my mind to find the universe so vast in God’s knowledge that to think on one level would be uncivilized.
Readers, here is an insightful view of that battle with the choice of will from the very soul. This is an autobiography of a life that journeys through poverty, a twenty –five year prison sentence, through trials, tribulations, and still triumphs. These thoughts and wisdom are choked full of universal knowledge, wisdom, and understanding for the reader, no matter their race, creed, or color. You will find something that will touch your life. On these pages is the view from both side of me. The conscious side that sees the material word and the things it has to offer. And the subconscious side that is my persona of rage, anger, frustration, and depression. For want of a better word my alter ego to my conscious mind set. It is the emotional side that cries, gets hurt, depressed, and sad which leads me to react, get mad, etc. I started listening and study my subconscious for knowledge and coming away more and more enlightened.
In today’s society where anybody can write and publish anything, this is a must read life story that will inspire you to laugh, cry, learn and say amen. Hopefully, it will spark a point of thought that shall open the doors to understanding thoughts, action, and reactions. Readers, I present to you my battle of wills from the nakedness of my soul.

Our Greatest Fear
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, which frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
Marianne Williamson
Life Itself
"Life itself is a race marked by a start and a finish.
It is what we learn during the race and how we apply it
That determines whether our participation has had particular value.
If we learn from each success and each failure;
Then improve ourselves through the process,
Then at the end,
We will have fulfilled our potential and performed well."

The Early Years
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power and the glory,
Forever and ever.
Amen
Child of God:
I begin this in the name of God, most gracious, most merciful. I give all thanks to Him for the blessing of life and for the mercy and anointing He has bestowed upon me. I tell this in two personalities because whether you believe it or not every human listen and unite the two sides of their will of choice and if you think on it that gives us two sides of ourselves. One is the voice of normal
reasoning [conscious] and the other is the voice of reaction [subconscious]. My voice of reason I’ll call the Child of God while the voice of reaction is the Prodigal Son. Now I’ll begin my part around the age of 7 because that is when I first remember being anointed by God’s grace. Now I will be telling about my finding knowledge, God anointing me, and my wisdom. Prodigal Son will tell you some of the
