The Indoctrination of Our Education System
()
About this ebook
There has been much discussion about our education system and what it currently provides for the leaders of tomorrow. The purpose of our education system is not only to teach but provide the education resources to meet the needs of companies today and far into the future. The subjects being taught need to be honest and reliable with regards to the content and the methods or techniques used to teach the leaders of tomorrow. There also needs to be open communication with the freedom to bring different viewpoints into any discussion that may take place within specific subjects.
The content of textbooks and the methods being used by some not all teachers have changed the scope and perception of our historical events and why they happened. The focus of this book is to provide some insight into the indoctrination of our education system and the impact. We have an amazing history and while some events were not so popular it is still important to understand their significance and to learn from them. If we erase or change the information surrounding historical events future generations will not understand why they occurred and the actions required preventing them from occurring in our future.

Table of Contents
Introduction - The information in this book is totally about our education system and how it has been hijacked by a political philosophy which is contrary to our Constitution
Chapter 1 -The Purpose of Our Education System – This chapter discusses the real purpose of our education system which seems to have been lost in recent years with liberal agendas and political correctness.
Chapter 2 - Qualifications of Teachers – This chapter discusses what constitutes an individual to be a teacher and it is not just about graduating from college. Qualifications for the teaching profession are not always about having a degree.
Chapter 3 - The Content of Textbooks – The content of textbooks have changed over the years and this chapter discusses how content are generated and who really has control of what they contain.
Chapter 4 - School Administrative Decisions - School administrative decisions involve many issues but decisions being made today are not always within their realm of authority. This chapter discusses issues and decisions which have been made and why they should be fought. This involves not only the school administration but our justice system and the federal government.
Chapter 5 - Integrity Principles – Integrity principles within our education system appears to be a lost entity and this chapter discusses the principles of integrity and why they are needed in our education system. These principles should be in every facet of our education system not only in public schools but private and within the business environment.
Chapter 6 - What are the issues facing our education system in America - This chapter discusses the issues facing our education system and the changes which may need to be made. This not only involves school administration but also the federal government to some extent.
Chapter 7 - Education Integrity – This chapter is all about the education policies and principles which have become a part of our educational institutions not only at the textbook level but the administrative level. Discussion about content and who controls it in addition to administrative overreach in some cases will be identified.
Chapter 8 - The Importance of History in the Classroom – The history of our country is important and should be taught without changes in content to be politically correct. Distorting the truth about the facts of events in our history, the decisions made and the positive or negative impact is now occurring. Our country has been through much and we must learn from the events of our past not change them to promote a political philosophy that presents a different picture. Students need to know the true facts so they can learn why events have occurred and how they can learn lessons from them.
Chapter 9 - An Oath to support and defend our Constitution in educational facilities - This chapter identifies an oath regarding educational systems within some states that are required in the operation of educational institutions. It is an oath to honor the Constitution. The details of this oath is presented and discussed in this chapter.
Chapter 10 - Establishing accountability for our educational institutions – Accountability in our education system across the country is sadly lacking and we as citizens must express our displeasure with our individual school districts about the need for accountability. This includes not only administrative decisions but what is being taught or not being taught to prepare the future leaders of our country and society in general.
Chapter 11- The micromanagement of our education system – Micromanagement of our education system is hurting the integrity regarding the purpose of education which is to teach. Teachers should be allowed to use methods which work for their individual student population not specific processes. Each student and different areas of the country have different needs. Establishing a set of criteria and evaluation should not be utilized to determine the success or failure of an individual school.
Chapter 12 - A code of Conduct – A code of conduct and the principles it involves is presented and discussed in this chapter. Having the qualifications to teach does not mean an individual has the capability to communicate the subjects being taught. Specific principles including integrity should be a part of the commitment any instructor or teacher should honor.
Chapter 13 - What Does our education system need to be better – The needs of our education system are many and some suggestions as to necessary actions involve both local, state and sometimes the federal government. Our education system is great but it can be better. Systemic problems exist which are identified in this chapter.
Conclusion – This identifies the conclusions regarding the impact of the indoctrination of our education system.
