What is a Healthy dessert?
Is food composed of nutritious ingredients, whole and as natural ingredients as possible, in addition to nurture, enjoy what you eat. It must be free of refined sugar and its ingredients should be the less processed as possible.
Each dessert is balanced on its composition of ingredients, fats, proteins, sugars and carbohydrates because a dessert should not be seen only as a food with too much sugar and because a healthy dessert is not a complement but also food.
