When you look deeply into the Buddhist way of life and philosophy, you will find that it is centered upon making life better for the individual. The rules of this philosophy were carved out from observations made during the enlightenment of Siddhartha Gautama, who was the original Buddha. Disturbed by all of the unhappiness that human beings had to endure, the purpose of his meditation was to find solutions for human suffering.
