Most people know that greens are very nutritious but struggle to eat enough of them—they’re not the easiest vegetables to prepare tastefully while maintaining all of the important vitamins and minerals your body requires. Steaming, sautéing, baking, and roasting vegetables cause them to lose the vitamins and minerals you’re trying to consume by eating them in the first place.
