About this ebook
"...grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ..."
2 Peter 3:18
Jesus Christ, God's Relationship of Grace was written to help believers in Christ "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." Our relationship with God is one of grace. God accepted us into this relationship through grace and continues in the relationship with us through grace. It is by grace and grace alone.
It is important for us, as believers, to understand our relationship of grace with God and how it influences who we are and who we are becoming. God's primary concern is with us growing in His relationship with us. He is not focused on us performing works. He is focused on us.
If our relationship with God is foremost for God, than it needs to be foremost for us. We need to strive to grow in the "grace and knowledge" of Him. This Bible study will help readers do just that.

Mary studied Mechanical Engineering as an undergraduate student. While studying she traded semesters working at NASA in Houston, Texas. It was while working at NASA that she felt the tug on her heart that God had another plan for her life. Upon graduation, Mary proceeded to serve as a missionary for the next 11 years of her life; she served in Greece the last two years of her service. Upon returning from Greece, she pursued her Master's degree in Counseling, which led to a job with a major university. It was while working there that God did what God faithfully does and she found herself again working as an engineer. She managed major construction for the university. She also obtained her Master's degree in Engineering Management and her Professional Engineering License. She had her first outline for a book in 1989 (a book she has yet to write). Her first book was published in May, 2014, with the second quickly on its heels in December, 2014. She continues to write and is developing an evangelistic series of books centered around Jesus Christ. . Her prayer is that her books will bless others' relationships with our God and His word.

INTRODUCTION
…grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…
2 Peter 3:18
Jesus Christ, God's Relationship of Grace was written to help believers in Christ grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Our relationship with God is one of grace. God accepts us into a relationship with Christ by grace (Ephesians 2:8) and continues in the relationship with us by grace (Acts 13:43). It is by grace and grace alone.
Grace is often defined as undeserved merit or favor. Yet, it is more than that. It is undeserved favor when the opposite is deserved. We deserve death, which is the punishment for our sins/disobedience. God, instead, shows us grace by giving us life through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
He demonstrates His grace toward us by His Son, Jesus Christ, dying on the cross
