Chapter 1 Basic Concept of Mystical Meditation
THE DESIRE TO DISCOVER YOURSELF and know your association with the Universe is natural. For quite some time, it has motivated examples of spiritual piety and sages to look deeper into themselves to attain enlightenment.
The Mystical Meditation (MM) method furnishes access to the significant silence of the internal identity that is deep inside every human being.
When engaged in meditation, the tranquility and ecstasy of that inward experience is naturally combined into daily life prompting an enlightened being with a peaceful heart, mind and soul.
In today’s fast-paced world, people are busier than ever. Also, they are working harder than ever as well. The impact of their diligent work may prompt high cholesterol, sleep deprivation, weight increase and even depression.
Consider the possibility of turning around those negative feelings and live a healthier more satisfied life. That is precisely what Mystical Meditation does; it deletes
anxiety and turns around impacts of other negative propensities.
Mystical Meditation is an easy, mantra-centered contemplation procedure relied upon the old Vedic concept of enlightenment. It was introduced to the Western world by Mahesh Yogi almost 50 years ago.

Different studies with similar results have been led at 210 autonomous colleges and research organizations in 33 countries, including prominent institutes such as Harvard, Yale, and UCLA Medical School.

Chapter 2: The Foundation of Enlightenment
When practicing MM, the brain experiences calmness and quieter levels of thought. Every now and then, the mind transcends the action of thought and settles down to a state of pure internal silence or consciousness, a state also known as restful awareness.
