It’s so good to share something with you that means so much to me because after years of not paying any attention to my body, I finally took charge and made a change. Now, I’m healthier and happier than ever before and all because of one simple change in my life – I started eating clean.

    More and more, the diet of modern man has unfortunately become very unhealthy, to the point of being dangerous. Even when people think they are being healthy they are often mistaken because clever marketing strategies have changed the way we see certain foods. Over the years, the way we eat has completely changed, and we’ve all fallen victim to the effects. From obesity to diabetes, high blood pressure to sleep apnea, the list of diseases afflicting the modern man has become far too long, and all of them can be traced back to the foods we are eating.

    The problem is that we don’t know what goes into most of the food we are eating, and we don’t see all the extra sodium, cholesterol, fats and sugar that have gone into making it taste so good. Over time, our bodies have gotten accustomed to eating this way, and in the United States, we’ve quickly become a nation that’s mostly overweight.

    Something needs to be done now so that we can regain our health and wellbeing. It’s time we started appreciating our bodies more by giving it the nourishment and attention it needs. So how we do we do this?
