Bob Urichuck is a catalyst for constant improvement and a cultivator of human potential. His purpose is to inspire, educate, and empower people and organizations globally to significantly increase their performance capability while constantly improving the quality of their lives and the lives of others with whom they come in contact with. He is a Certified Sales Professional, Certified Master Trainer, and Certified Social Entrepreneur who has adopted a village in Sri Lanka where he was financially responsible for the medical care and education of over 700 children who survived the Tsunami.

Dave Urichuck is an activator who is perpetually improving the quality of his skills and the scope of his knowledge to enhance, inspire, and motivate young and old alike to take control of their lives, and begin to SOAR.
He is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Because You Can, a non-profit charitable organization that raises funds and builds homes for those in need in Honduras.
Dave is also a landlord and a property owner. He manages a successful business in Green building and eagerly shares his entrepreneurial knowledge and experience. One of Dave's many passions is his involvement with Toastmasters International, with whom he has obtained advanced certifications.

About the Reviewer
Giuseppe Ricchiuti has a Law Degree, from the University of Parma (Italy) and a Master of Law in Contract Law and Business Negotiations from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy). He is also a contributing editor for Trade Services Update, a Trade Finance journal.
Giuseppe, currently serving as Sales Administration Manager at Sidel (Tetra Laval Group), is a legal professional, with additional qualifications in accounting, business finance, contract management, and negotiation, successfully combining legal expertise with financial and commercial acumen in sales administration, risk management, and insurance.
He is an effective team builder and manager with experience in employee motivation and development to guarantee achievement of departmental goals. He is also a persuasive communicator, skilled in bringing together the interests of divergent stakeholders in line with business objectives.
