Why I Wrote This Book

Positive thinking: it’s an oft-used term in the second grade, maybe, but what does it have to do with your everyday life?

Well: according to recent research, positive thinking actually pertains to everything you do, be it at the office, in relationships, or on your own, pursuing your goals. These positive thoughts are so much more useful than the negative thoughts that toil through you—that disallow you from actualling working towards success. (Instead, when we experience negative emotions, so many of us close down, shut our eyes, and wait for that opportunity to pass us by. After all: so often, that opportunity is quite scary. Wouldn’t it always be easier to continue doing the same old, same old?)

Personally: I wrote this book because I actually transformed my life by learning how to live with positive thoughts. This book is intended to help you lift your spirits and brighten the world around you. This book offers step-by-step processes to help you change those gut-wrenching negative emotions and beliefs into positive ones. It will help you change your negative self-esteem to positive self-esteem and low self-confidence to high self-confidence. Essentially: it forces you to flip what you know about yourself on its head.

At the end of the day, my intent is to help you become the most powerful version of yourself, to help you get out of your own way. You deserve it.
