Smashwords is a superb one-stop online publisher that easily converts a single Word document into almost all formats required to publish to other ebook publishers, including Apple, Kindle, ePub, PDF, Palm, RTF, and Sony. As such, Smashwords is extremely useful as a single repository for all your online publishing needs. No longer do you have to create accounts with other publishers; no longer do you need to learn separate software and publishing guides - just follow the guidelines supplied herein, and you're good to go. Those guidelines, however, can be long and tedious. In this book, I have streamlined them into one neat little book, with pictures and step-by-step instructions, taking you from creating an account to final publishing - and success!

I am a child of the world: My grandparents were Turkish, my mother French, my father Tunisian, and my husband is Japanese. I was born in Israel. Such a multicultural foundation has trained the language centers of my brain to understanding the variations in syntax and construction among various languages, and enjoy the subtleties and nuances of language.I have published five books, many articles under my own byline, and countless others as a ghostwriter. I am currently working on stories of terror, a lifestyle and nutrition book, and a book on ethics. Stay tuned.
