Dawn Frail is the President of Eagle Vision Leadership Development Group. As a career woman and mother of four sons, she is more than aware of the trials and tribulations women face. In many situations in our lives, we are called upon to make presentations. When we are at work presenting the latest project, we all do our best to muster up the courage and pull together the skills we likely haven’t used since college or university. Or so we think.
