    ******

As an ex-sugar and food addict myself, I know how difficult it can be to take control. I'm going to teach you how to achieve that here. On average today, most people consume more than 230 spoons of sugar daily.

A plethora of information and links to sources for improving your life are in these pages. This book is not just steps to deleting sugar addiction, but will show you ways to turn your whole life around and live the life you want. A 'paradigm shift' if you like. Skip over the parts you don't like, but take what you can and apply it for a truly incredible change of reality :-)

It has been said that sugar is more addictive than heroin... I wouldn't be surprised! Heroin, morphine and sugar all stimulate the same receptors in your brain, so it makes sense. Have you ever tried to 'quit' sugar? Try your morning cereal without that little extra sprinkle. Or your tea or coffee without your customary spoon or two of sweet nectar-powder.. Does it feel like a tasteless disaster?! Ever tried to stop drinking soda and soft drinks for a couple of days? Juices? Stop eating cakes, donuts, takeout food, ready-made sauces, ice-cream? Sugar is in everything! There are plenty of books out there written on the dangers of sugar, the damage it does, but it is indeed in everything, even some savoury foods. So how do we ever stop? How do we avoid this toxic poison? I'm going to show you how :-)

Initially you need to set your intention. To vaguely think 'I'm going off sugar' is a recipe for failure 100x over. Set a definite intention - 'for the next 30 days, I will remove sugar from my system.' Setting small goals may sound easier, and for most things it is the best way to begin. However this is not a small or part-time thing - As soon as you taste that syrupy sweetness you're hooked again.. It may seem like a lot, but I recommend setting a minimum goal of 30 days. Reason: it takes around 28-30 days for your brain to register a habit, or to break an old one (ie adding sugar to everything, or thinking it will get a sugar fix every day) Come on, people with allergies go on rice fasts for 3 months! Religious people fast from sunrise til sunset for a month. You can do this. So set your 30 day intention, and let's begin.

The first few days will not be easy, so have your affirmations ready, to remind yourself WHY you're doing this. Console yourself with the fact that once you do this, you will be FREE and in full control. It can be tough, but a 30-day sentence in exchange for a LIFETIME of better health has to be worth it, right?! Always remind yourself: THIS IS TEMPORARY.

    Are you getting off
