About this ebook
There's nothing wrong with gazing out of the window and dreaming about traveling to some far-off exotic place, buying your own house, or landing your dream job. Most of us have dreams, and it's what keeps us motivated. But, if you don't want to just sit around and hope that your dreams will come true someday, then you need a plan of action. In this book, you will find 10 short chapters offering easy tips and practical advice on how to find your own happiness and make your dreams come true. Sometimes life can feel a little robotic and predictable, or we'll come into contact with toxic people who enjoy sucking away all of our positive energy. This book offers advice on how to deal with various situations that cause stress and unhappiness, how to find inspiration and motivation, and how to make the most out of each day. You can't follow your dreams if you're negative, and you can't follow them if you don't have goals and a plan of action. This book offers the stepping stones to doing both in order to achieve your goals and turn your dreams into reality.

About the Author
Introduction
Have you ever been told to stop daydreaming and to just do something instead of staring off into space?
I have. Plenty of times – in fact, more times than I can remember. And do you know what? I still daydream. Every single day...
Why do I daydream? Is it because I’m lazy and I don’t know how to get my butt into gear? No. Is it because my life sucks and I’m dreaming about escaping to some fantasy land? Hell no.
I’m a dreamer through and through. Always have been, and always will be. I dream because I can and because I want those dreams to come true.
And I doubt I'd be where I am today if I didn't spend some time daydreaming.
And that’s exactly what the purpose of this book is. I want to show people that it’s okay to dream. It’s okay to want something badly, even if it seems impossible at times. Even if you’re not the strongest, the smartest, the best looking, or the funniest person around.
Even if you're somewhat of an underdog
. You know those people...the plain 'Janes' or the ordinary 'Joes'. The ones who don't really stand out.
I see myself as a bit of an underdog sometimes because I'm an introvert. I'd much rather stand back and listen to what's going on around me than be the centre of attention.
Dreams are not only there for those who stand out in the limelight, or for those who are blessed with luck, fame, or fortune.
ANYONE can make their dreams come true.
You just need to believe it and be willing to make it happen, and the rest will follow.
So, if you’re tired of hearing people telling you to get your head out of the clouds, then you’ve come to the right place. This book is here to help inspire and motivate you to use those daydreams, and to turn them into reality.
So let's get started!
Chapter 1 – Meeting the Real You
"Until you are happy with who you are, you will never be happy
with what you've got." - Zig Ziglar
Before you even start thinking about how you’re going to turn your dreams into reality, you need to take a good look at yourself first.
Who are you?
No, I don't mean how people see you, or how you think that they see you, or even who you think you’re supposed to be. Who is the REAL you?
Do you put on a mask every day, pretending to be someone
