Born and raised on Long Island, New York, he is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and possesses degrees in science (engineering), languages, business, and political-military strategy. He pursued a career in the US Army and a later career with Hughes Electronics. He has traveled widely. It is, however, a lifelong interest in ancient history, archaeology, and related religions that underlies this work, written in the first person to emphasize his own views. Mr. Frederick is also a professional oil painter. He resides in Los Angeles.view less
