Through the leadership of pastor Fleming, Life Restored Church has seen an average of five homeless people each year get into their own places of residence. Pastor Fleming also started the winter shelter movement in San Antonio. When temperatures get below freezing, pastor Fleming trains churches to open their doors and provide shelter to the homeless overnight. Hundreds of lives have been saved with this effort.view less
