After those teaching years, she found time to pursue her dream of writing for children. She always loved traveling and taking pictures - an interest put to good use in her first book.
Shelba and her husband feel fortunate to live in Iowa near their daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. When she is not writing, she enjoys traveling, walking, working jigsaw puzzles, reading, and a good cappuccino!view less
