Words on a paper seemed to flow so much more freely than trying to say them out loud. Somewhere along the way, these words evolved into poetry.
Through years of growth and conversations with others, Sophia has learned the blessing of vulnerability. She has experienced God’s healing through many seasons of life. She shares her poetry with the hope that others will feel seen and comforted in the same way these words have been a blessing to her own heart.
Sophia graduated from Biola University in 2023 with a degree in psychology. She believes that her lifelong calling is to help others find healing and encounter Jesus, the ultimate healer.
